Hi! My name is Krystal aka FishyFinatic

I am the moderator/owner of this forum as well as the corresponding webpage.

I currently have a 20 gal freshwater tropical tank with Mollies, Platies, Guppies, and Cory Cats. I also have a freshwater planted cold 55 gal with an African Clawed Frog, 2 Plecos (1 sm & 1 lg), Goldfish, and 3 Lake Chubs and several 10 gal tanks used for grow outs.

I started this forum to start a community of people who are interested in fish keeping, whether it be as a casual hobby or a serious one.

I have a rather large knowledge of fish keeping and I would like to share it with as many people as I can. If you need help identifying your fish, your fishes care, diseases, or just have general questions, I am here to help.

I am also looking for other experienced fish keepers to help me moderate the board once it gets going.

30 gal planted breeding tank with Livebearers and Cory Cats- 20 gal planted fry tank,29 Gal with Parrot Cichlid and pleco, 20 gal with goldfish and pleco (goldfish to be moved outside to pond once its finished), 55 gal in need of stand, and many 10's and smaller tanks to be set up

Our names are Bud and Beth. We are absolutly fishyfinatics. We have 6 tanks already and are planning on getting more. We have many different fish also. We have a 55 gallon tank full of big beautiful goldfish, a 30 gallon with tiger barbs,swordtails and fire tetras. the other 30 gallon tank has giant danios, glow tetrs, red eyed tetras,black tetras, and a blue crayfish. we have a 10 gallon with 2 mollies, 2 neons, s guppie and a very small frog. the other 10 gallon will soon have sharks in it and the 5 gallon, well havnt quite decided what im doing with it. We are want more tanks. this summer i would like to get more frogs, and newts. Well it was great talking to you. i will post pics of my tanks and fish one day in the near future. I have told other of my friends that have tanks and like fish about your web site. happy fishing.

Would you like to become a moderator of a specific board? All it entails is to check in daily or almost daily and answer any questions posted on the board or respond to a post.. It would help us get things going around here

Hi all,

I'm Michelle. I am the moderator for the livebearer section. My fiancé and I have just gotten into the whole fish thing. We have a 20g, a 10g, and a 5.5g. We have all guppies minus a few cory's and a few danio glofish. We also have a few empty tanks. We have a beautiful 6g fluval edge that we want to turn into a shrimp tank. We also have a 29g and a 75g waiting to be put up. We are working on getting all the parts to them before we just set them up. We hadn't done much research before we just went nuts and bought stuff. So now we are learning from our mistakes. But hey we all live and learn. Anyone that has a question or needs any help please feel free to ask. If I don't have the answer I will help point you in the right direction.
